Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of voicerow. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Voicerow provides open house sign-in and voice-first capture workflows for residential Realtors: collect visitor details, review agent recaps, and optionally save rows to the Google Sheet or lightweight tracker you already use. Voicerow is a capture layer, not a CRM replacement. Some features may be released as preview or beta functionality.

2. Accounts

After cookie consent, Voicerow may create an anonymous Firebase user so app state can persist before sign-in. When you sign in with Google, that anonymous account may be linked to your Google account so the same uid can continue as your account identifier.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the open house details, visitor data, agent recaps, property details, client notes, follow-up tasks, and other content you enter or collect. You represent that you have the rights, notices, and permissions needed to submit and use that content through the service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Voicerow for unlawful activity, sensitive data you are not authorized to process, recording other people without required permission, spam, malware, attempts to bypass limits or security checks, or activity that disrupts the service. The product is designed for you to speak your own recap after an interaction, not to record client conversations by default.

5. Integrations and billing

Voicerow may connect to Firebase, Google services, Cloudflare Turnstile, Stripe, and user-approved spreadsheet workflows. The Individual plan is billed monthly in U.S. dollars and renews automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not automatically prorate unused time; contact support if something went wrong with a purchase. The price you subscribe at remains available while that subscription stays active; a later subscription uses the then-current price. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, especially preview or beta features, as needed for reliability, security, legal obligations, or product direction.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicerow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
