Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of voicerow. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Voicerow provides a mobile-first workflow for capturing real estate field notes by voice and preparing structured data for review and spreadsheet workflows. Some features may be released as pilot, preview, or beta functionality.
2. Accounts
After cookie consent, Voicerow may create an anonymous Firebase user so app state can persist before sign-in. When you sign in with Google, that anonymous account may be linked to your Google account so the same uid can continue as your account identifier.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the voice notes, property details, client notes, and other content you enter. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content to the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Voicerow for unlawful activity, sensitive data you are not authorized to process, spam, malware, attempts to bypass limits or security checks, or activity that disrupts the service.
5. Integrations and billing
Voicerow may connect to Firebase, Google services, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Stripe. Paid plans or pilot pricing may change as the product evolves, and billing terms will be presented before any paid purchase.
6. Availability
The service is provided as is and as available. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, especially pilot or beta features, as needed for reliability, security, or product direction.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicerow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
